Some purists say you shouldn’t paint from a photograph. Easy to say when you haven’t been seduced by the photography of Sean Quinn - Twodogs Photography. The colours that he captures in our local environment inspired me to start painting landscapes and seascapes. With Sean’s permission I have been relaxing into interpreting the beauty he captures. Swell takes you out the back with the surfers. Waiting in anticipation, then watching the spray.
